📦 Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

  • All confirmed orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday to Friday).

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

2. Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We offer domestic and international shipping.
Delivery times depend on your location and courier service:

  • Within France & EU: 3–7 business days

  • Outside EU / Worldwide: 7–15 business days

⏱️ Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on customs procedures, courier delays, or other factors beyond our control.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Within EU: Fixed rate of €50 for standard freight (for most professional audio gear).

  • Outside EU: Shipping rates vary based on weight, destination, and carrier.

  • Customers can request a custom shipping quote before placing an order.

4. Packaging & Handling

All products are carefully packed and protected using industry-standard materials to prevent transit damage.
Every shipment includes tracking and insurance coverage for added security.

5. Customs & Import Duties

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the buyer’s responsibility.

  • ALVS France is not liable for delays or extra costs related to customs clearance.

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive within the expected delivery time:

  • Please notify us within 48 hours of receipt (for damaged goods).

  • We will assist with carrier claims and offer replacement or compensation based on inspection results.


đź’° Refund & Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The product is defective, damaged on arrival, or not as described.

  • The customer contacts us within 7 days of delivery to request a return authorization.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or pre-owned professional equipment sold in fully working condition cannot be returned unless damaged during transit.

  • Custom orders, special configurations, or clearance items are non-refundable.

3. Return Process

  1. Contact us at sales@alvsparis.com with your order details and issue description.

  2. Once approved, you’ll receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions.

  3. Returned products must be:

    • In original condition and packaging

    • With all accessories, cables, and documentation included

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or incorrectly shipped items.

4. Refund Timeline

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

  • In case of partial refunds (for multiple-item orders), shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we’ll arrange a replacement product of equal or similar value, subject to availability.

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been shipped.
Once an order is dispatched, cancellation requests will be treated as returns.
